Deposit/Cancellation Policy
The signed contract and a $500 deposit (which converts to a fully refundable damage/excess cleaning deposit) are due within 5 days to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
All cancellations will be subject to a $50.00 fee.
For cancellations within 21 days of your arrival date, we will refund the cleaning fee, and damage deposit, but we reserve the right to keep the rental amount. If we are able to re-book the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share.
